1. Digital Detector Technology

Detectors are the driving force behind the development of computed tomography (CT) technology. In a sense, the detector determines the technical level of CT. Minfound Medical has been continuously investing in the detector field, and finally broke through the technical bottleneck of scintillator crystal and ASIC chip, the core components of CT detector, and filled the gap in China. The company has achieved independent innovation in ADC chip, control electronic circuit, anti-scattering grid (ASG) and detector materials, and successively launched 16-slice, 32-slice, 64-slice, 128-slice, 256-slice and 512-slice CT, breaking the industry structure.

2、Digital ASIC Chip

Another core technology of digital detector is digital ASIC chip, its performance such as noise, linearity, power consumption, dynamic range and sampling speed has a great influence on the performance of detector or even the whole CT system. The ScintiStar detectors use digital ASIC chips to convert analog signal into digital signal directly, thus realizing less signal loss and higher X - ray utilization rate.

3.AI- Fast Workflow

The CT of Minfound Medical is equipped with relevant artificial intelligence technology, from scanning process to image reconstruction, which can realize intelligent positioning, rapid scanning and rapid reconstruction, and ultimately help doctors achieve rapid diagnosis and improve workflow.

4. AI Intelligent Control System-stable and Durable

Using AI intelligent temperature control technology, can monitor the temperature change of the whole equipment in real time. When the local temperature rises, this technology will automatically carry out effective intervention to this part, to ensure that the system is in a stable working condition; On the other hand, by monitoring and controlling the temperature of each part of the detector in real time, to make sure the temperature of different modules of the detector constant, and eliminate the artifact caused by its temperature change, then the service life of the detector is also prolonged.

5. AI Low Dose Scanning-cost Saving

Patented heavy rare earth ceramic materials, compared to traditional rare earth ceramic detectors, its X-ray absorption rate is doubled, while the dose is halved. A series of dose-reduction technologies ensure a shorter scan time and lower X-ray dose to obtain excellent images, so it can be equipped with tube with lower heat capacity, thus reducing the user's replacement costs.

6、Excellent Software Infrastructure Building

ImA technology - automatically controls the output milliamperes of the tube according to the patient's size and the area being scanned, reducing the radiation dose.

NDI+ - "intelligent double domain" iteration, AI-based iterative reconstruction algorithm based on physical model, original data is iterated simultaneously in projection domain and image domain.

Strip artifact suppression algorithm - reduces strip artifacts in shoulder joint and hip joint.

MAS - inhibits artifacts caused by dentures and metal implants, reducing partial volume effect and significantly improving image quality.

Beam hardening artifact correction - reduces artifacts between bone and soft tissue, also suitable for pelvic scan.
